Much better express than other ones locally. The staff here are much friendlier & helpful. Madaly and carlos we’re patient with my return/exchange 👍🏼 to them. I do wish the womens side of fitting room were open, i felt uncomfortable using a fitting room next to Men. But the overall expierence was fantastic

This store is always a disaster. I went in October, the cashier was on her phone the entire time. I was in the store today and it was a disaster. It’s hard to shop at Express when shirts are $98, but the aesthetics are worse than the dollar store or $5 below during the holidays! I stood in line for the fitting room and had to ask someone to open the doors after a few minutes. Meanwhile, the cashier was 5 feet away. I am not sure if it was bring your son to work day, but there was a young kid behind the counter who was asked to open a fitting room for someone while I was checking out. I’ve worked retail and understand the struggles. However, I’m only posting this as it appears the manager has been the same for the last two times I’ve been there. Each time, it looks like he’s hiding in the back room. Express needs to do better.
