This Rv park/ vacation location is a great place to stay a while! With 3 pools and access to I4 directly between Tampa and Orlando the area is your oyster. Personally I have lived on site for just over a year with no issues to speak of. This was one of the only parks I found that cater to mature individuals as well as family's with children and that alone makes it a gem.

They just might. Contact Rita. She is very helpful and can find something for you. Amazing woman.

Do they do month availability?

Yes

What are the rates for long term stays? Looking at places for work reasons and don't want to break the bank, but don't want run down places either.

They have 3 different lots, higher end, medium and low end with variable rates. Best thing would be to contact the office and ask for availability and rates then a quick visit to select your preferred lot. I spent the winter there at around 500$ per month on a low peu de lot. Electrical services are charged as per your usage plus 3$ for them to read your meter.

How many per month.

I think it varies depending on length and season

How old do you alow a camper to be to move it into the park.

10 years or less. You may also try sundial camp ground in plant city which is right up the road. The rates are more reasonable and they are more relaxed on the age of the camper as long as it is in decent shape.
