Failed to meet High expectations due to false advertising!!! I had seen a 2022 Subaru Wrx on the website, listed for 32,666 with an MSRP of about 34,500! Initially I was very eager especially since they were advertising the price of the car for below MSRP , so i inquired . I sent many emails asking for an out the door price so I wouldn’t get my hopes up and to not waste time , but I didn’t get an answer immediately. After a day or so I got an answer via text that the car was gonna be $41,125. plus dealer fee of $984 plus tax, tag & filing fees. They claimed because of packages added , which was not represented at all in the advertisement on the website nor on the window sticker of the car . One the website it states “ No Market Adjustments, No Chip Shortages! Just Discounted Prices, and a Great Customer Experience! “ which is why I was refreshed by the listed price of the car and was so excited to try to do business. Unfortunately it seems whatever money they don’t make on market adjustments they make elsewhere . I’m gonna have to leave only 1 star due to false advertising and wasting my time

Took my Subaru Impreza in to have their mechanic validate a known issue. (In other words, get their opinion). They came up with the same and then charge me $190 for less than 30 mins work. My lawyer makes less than that. What a scam. It’s never the car they sell you, but the level (or in this case) the lack thereof that speaks volumes about how much you trust a company

I called ahead about seeing a 2007 Dodge Ram that they were selling used. Drove two hours from Jacksonville to see the vehicle and it wouldn’t start. Waited for a few hours and they were never able to start vehicle. Refused to negotiate even though vehicle wouldn’t start. Complete waste of my time. Don’t waste your time shopping for a used vehicle here
