Everything good except it is very frustrating to not to be able to talk live to a KNOWLEDGABLE about some issues we are having with the required paperwork not showing up wherever..... no one seems to know ..... urgent messages taken .... no calls back .... always get a call center - no actual office open ..... Signed up online, paid, then tried to enter reqd info.... and website kicked me out. Couldn't sign in with either ph or email.... checked email & had a receipt - whew. Decided to finish next day as was very late. Next day get calls & tests - lastest text said "access denied" - what???? I hadn't tried to enter, so I called..... and it got odd. R said he'd texted me "to get my attention".... wth? he went on (very rapidly) about how I needed to sent him info, even telling me he could explain "how to do a selfie"....R wasnt rude, but the call felt like a used car deal (I felt really pressured as id explained I needed to get info, copy, etc & he said "you can do both on your phone, I'll stay on".... I'd only called as I was worried). Finally said I'd do it next day only to get text that R was "off next 5 days" and if I didnt respond that night, I couldn't get in on Tues.... I'd already switched the truck as I'd input Mon as start (but contract said Tues and "it cant be changed"???) And now I'm to drop everything as there is no one else over the next 4 days who can look at my license??? I responded to cancel it completely & now R wants to charge me $25 PLUS his admin fee of $20...... um, no. If you (the business) tell me that you cannot get me in on the contracted date, the contract is void. Weirdly, for a guy who claimed he was "off for 5 days" R has texted several times today - the first at 0652...so, if you want professional and not used car tactics, go elsewhere.

Hello E j, and thank you for your question. Our rates change on an ongoing basis, and vary by location, size and unit type. Currently, the price on the smallest (5x5) non-temp unit at this location is about $69 per month not including insurance which is a requirement to store with us. Thanks again for your question!
