Youth under age 12 must be directly by a responsible person age 16 or older. Equipment orientations are required for all individuals under the age of 16. Ages 12-13 workout on the cardiovascular equipment only. Equipment orientations are by appointment only.

Batting cages are closed until further notice due to a mechanical issue. Locust shade park near Quantico has cages that are currently open.

I'm not sure about the individual rates but we payed about 360 for 3 adults for a year. That gives you unlimited access to the facilities. My favorite was working out in the gym and then treating myself with a soak in the hot tub afterwards.
