I took my 5 month old pup in yesterday as an emergency care appointment. The staff was all wonderful, had a willingness urgency to help me out with my pup's health and Dr.Harley was just amazing! During the emergency care appointment, Dr.Harley did an outstanding job addressing every single one of my concerns about my puppy's health as well as explaining the various causes for his symptoms, each cause was followed up with an enduring solution to eliminate issues from reoccurring and profundity of medication prescribed. Being that it was an emergency care appointment, I was beyond happy with the high quality of care service that my pup and I were provided by Dr.Harley and the vet tech in between their appointments. The vet tech was very sweet, attentive and patient with my puppy, also allowed me to explain his home symptoms. Very appreciative for squeezing my pup into the schedule. He loved it here! Perviously, my pup's past vet implemented an untrustworthy notion of the quality service that was being provided.I can confidently continue my puppy's health care services at Staples Mill Animal Hospital.With their positive and comfortable environment they enable my pup and I to serenity. All my concerns about my pups health were heard, as well as being acknowledged and not dismissive even under the emergency appt circumstance. I know my puppy's health will be under great care here. Thank you Dr.Harley and Staff once again!

I love going there and everyone is great.....except the one who gives medication. Keep getting short handed on liquid meds.. .

I give this place five stars. Such a friendly group. Willing to help you with anything. My dog Cooper can be difficult at times but they handle him with love and patience every visit.
