Front office is incompetent. Might have to leave and find a new Dr because they are so bad.

I'm a new patient and I've been trying to make an appointment for almost 3 weeks. DO NOT trust them when they say they will call you back. THEY NEVER DO. After my visit, I will edit. *As stated, I'm editing my review. * The office is very nice. Staff was friendly. Dr Ramharrack was good. He isn't very personable but, I don't care about that. The public can be exasperating. He seemed concerned about my medication which was more than my last endo. Overall, it was a good experience. It's sad that his receptionists are the ones responsible for most of the poor ratings. If you can look past the incompetence of the reception It's worth giving the Doctor a chance.

I am grateful for this facility. The front office is a bit disjointed. I had to bring the pre-authorization in myself. Other than that no issue. Dr. Ramharrack isn't a bad doctor. I did not experience what I've seen written on other reviews here. He has a very to the point demeanor which I know can rub some people the wrong way. On both of my visits he took the time to sit down with me and go over lab work and next steps. Unfortunately we weren't able to determine what my issue that I've been dealing with for over a year is but we were able to rule out what it is not and then I was referred back to urology. Sometimes with big medical issues that's what you have to do. Here in Ocala there is a shortage of endocrinologists and I would recommend this place for how fast they move. Just bring the paperwork in yourself.
