Sheena Barber was not professional or friendly at all. Didn't even greet me when I got there (my first time). She did the wax first, I currently have leftover wax on my brows after she completed it. She double waxed some parts which is going to leave a mark for a couple days. She seemed rushed to get done with my service. She also seemed very angry when washing my hair, I don’t think anyone would’ve enjoyed that shampoo experience. I did not feel even a tiny bit welcome by her. I had high hopes. Never going back.
