Staff is very compassionate and extremely good beside manner, same with the doctor he was just great given the situation our girl Winnie was a senior dog and developed a huge tumor and stomach bloating, and Cushing's disease so it was her time and they were just the best given the reason we were there and when she came back her ashes were in the nicest prettiest box with a very nice poem, flower, and even a personalized card with her paw print.
