Hello we love living here at the heights at lake murray we have been here over 1 year and the office staff is the best and when ever there is an issue they fix it right away and that has been only 1 time the apts are very clean and large and the people that live here are very nice and respectful i would recommended the heights to anybody looking for a place to move into

Don’t stay here unless you want roaches for roommates. The place is infested. Pics below. Also, if the temp outside is above 90 don’t expect the AC to keep the place below the 76 degrees or so without help form additional units. Do however, expect $200/month+ monthly power bills. The carpet is disgusting. Probably vacuumed up 5 canisters of dust, hair and god knows what else. Columbia has some actually pretty nice places for the price point this place charges that are so much nicer. backstory, I rented the apartment sight unseen(my fault I know) as I was moving to Columbia last minute and needed to make arrangements. The lease cannot end soon enough. My frat house in college was better than this dump. The staff however is super friendly, but not certain that makes up for the rest.

First off, the staff here are awesome. They make the process easy and are always available if needed. For the price these apartments are spacious and up to date. Large kitchens and living areas. The bedrooms are above average in size with large walk-in closets. The property stays clean and we'll maintained. They have a dog park that is fenced in. The pool setup works for whatever your interest are. The seperate areas technically so you can have a little private space. Two grills always equiped w gas.

Edited: repairs made to ice maker/garbage disposal last week have broken again/didn't work after the repairs, lowering rating to 3 star because we're tired of the hassle to call in repairs. It would be nice if the apartment amenities just....worked. Lowering review from 5 to 4 star because of reoccuring inconvenience. Staff is very nice/responsive but the AC has gone out twice in 3-4 months (no crazy usage, stays between 68-70) and our ice maker was repaired, made one tray of ice, then broke again. Paying the "luxury" apartment price tag (and they are pricey for being slightly outdated) you expect things to be a little....better. Still nice apartments over-all grounds are well maintained, courtesy dog-poop bag stations are always stocked, quiet neighbors and the pool/playground area are kept up.
