has anyone had a negative experience when you question the fees? i feel like this is a new practice that moves from place to place & over charges. they were very rude when i questioned about a fee.,the vet got loud & spoke over me. very arrogant

I've never had that experience. Dr. Salli is always professional.

I never had that experience and several times when we were on a tight budget he was willing to let us make payments. And when one of our cats had eye surgery and a few days later ripped the stitches he got us in right away and waived the emergency fee. I will never go anywhere else! The entire staff is so friendly and caring. Not one bad experience

Never been treated poorly, Dr Salli plays and loves on my dag, very compassionate when I had to put my last dog down.

I was with Dr. Salli at his previous practice and followed him when he bought VAH so he could own his own. He has always been marvelous to us and has been efficient and sensitive when handling issues with our pups. We pay about the same as we did before, when he was working for someone else.

Same here. I took my records and left. I visited three times for the same thing and the bill was totally different for the same service ranging from 100 something to 300 something. I also was given a price for a service and when I went to pay it was much higher than quoted. Front desk blamed it on the business manager. I won't go back
