We love the pool at the Sanford Seminole Aquatic Center. Great place to exercise. Lane swimming!

This pool is exceptional for lane swimming and the swimming lessons are great. Teachers and lifeguards enforce safety rules, as it should be. It’s not a beach, so don’t expect your kids can run around with pool toys jumping and splashing everyone and yelling. It’s for people who like to swim and well behaved children. It’s clean and well staffed and you can’t beat it for a nice community pool.

On the weekend it may be more open for recreational swimming. I believe the cost is $1 per person.
