I have no family I got a girlfriend who will stay in Kentucky while I leave to get on my feet in another state so what I'm asking is it possible o come to another state to get my life together I'm just not living and I just need some help back.

Good morning it's shelter's in Washington DC. It's one called gospel mission. They are very strick, and by the book if you can handle structure! Also there's one called 801 East men's shelter located on the grounds of saint Elizabeth s.e DC. They have a treatment facility upstairs with a 6 month stay, very laid back and minimum structure but it's designed in away that getting your life together will be up to you! So good luck my friend and I hope I helped you out some.
Are they going to close the shelter? And if so what will become of the men who stay there?

How long do it take to find housing for those who have a job and income every month.
How long it take the caseworker he/she to do their part in helping their client that need help. How long they have to stay there in order to get help from there assigned case manager.
Can you leave the 801 East Men’s Shelter Doing the day? Or is there a curfew?

I came to Kentucky to stay with my mom and her family with me coming from capital heights me a long time now that she died I'm done with them all now I stay with my girlfriend I'm not homeless but I am I need help to work my way out of a shelter
