Team was really nice and the facilities and services seemed really good.

This place is horrendous and NOT female nor hispanic friendly. The staff will treat you like a child with no guidance and zero respect, they will mostly look down upon you and ignore anything you ask them for if you’re a woman. I’ve heard other people say they love having favorites and they were right, because as soon as I came in the place they swore I didn’t knew English. So not only a horribly misogynistic place, but also extremely racist, colorist and just rude in general. My advice is this: if you’re a homeless woman looking for shelter, DO NOT GO THERE.

The shelter is nice and clean and has good security and I went there to drop off men clothing.
