We have been there three times in the last three days because of a new medical issue that my husband is facing. The nurses, doctors, and staff have been caring, patient, and informative. I especially love the overnight security man. He is so pleasant and sweet.. Dr. Kennedy is amazing. This is our choice in an area with many choices to be had.

Going on 9 hours still here. When you ask question or need something no can or will answer. Took hours after doc put in order for pain med to get it. Even the doc came to check and was surprised meds hasn't been given. Told transport would be there at 1020 and well we are still here. Staff know nothing except Jerome. When will this nightmare end?

A great experience I had today for the first time in the emergency room. All the employees treated me very well, especially a nurse named Melissa. Without a doubt, I will return since Orlando Health is my home and they always take great care of me. Thank you, 100% Recommended!!!

Worst ER I have ever been to. Today was my second time. Both times I went in for vaginal bleeding a lot like hemorrhaging due to a surgery done at south lake hospital. I did a tubaligation and an ablation in feb 2022. I go in this morning with a lot of pain and bleeding heavily. Nurse staff are rude, they look like this get high and doctor seems to be so young and looks and acts like rookie. He had no idea of what I was telling him what was wrong with me. He asked” what do u want me to do for you” prescription was sent to pharmacy and then it was canceled, brought it to their attention as per pharmacist. The nurse said to me” I don’t have time to be waiting all day for someone from the pharmacy to decide to pick up the phone” here it is 3:52pm and I am still bleeding heavily and major pains. I will never go here again.

No first doses currently. You must also be 65 or older, a Florida resident, Healthcare professional, or have a condition that qualifies. You also have to book an appointment online.
This is an excellent ER care facility, totally equipped to handle emergency situations. I have been there twice. Once for ER care after a fall and once to have Labs done for my Cardiologist ASAP without an appt. It is not staffed with a full time receptionist to answer phones but plenty of medical heroes to administer to your needs. Why call? Just go. It's part of Orlando Health South Lake Hospital. Call them with questions.
Care Credit they honor and most likely most legitimate INS. They would not turn you away if true emergency. You might be billed...and best call Orlando Health re bill to set up payment arraignments.
