Great location and service! I used the Freedom Boat Club located at the Venetian Cove Marina and I was very impressed! The marina is easy to find with convenient parking and the property is very clean. The FBC office is floating on the main dock. There is a large High&Dry area and a fuel dock. The marina staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The boat rental was fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. The boats are clean and in great condition. We were fishing and had a great time with 4 people on a pontoon boat.

Yes. There is also a boat launch there.
There is no good place to dock in Venetian Cove to walk to downtown Leesburg right now. However the city is completely renovating the whole park and public docks are coming. Venetian Cove marina is too small and only has room for it's members. I know some transients tie up to the long dock next to the Venetian Gardens public boat ramp on slow days to walk downtown. Ski Beach has a new ramp with a few docks.
About a year waiting list for either a wet or dry slip. You'll need to call or go down there and put your name on the list.

Yes but there is a waiting line.
No they don't. It's owned by the city of Leesburg and they only sell gas and rent boat slips.
