I contacted the company to get my washer/dryer combo repaired. Despite providing the model number, serial number, and the problem with the machine (PRIOR TO THE REPAIRMAN VISIT), I was still presented with a bill even though the parts were no longer available. It was not necessary to send someone and charge me for a visit when he could not get the parts for the repair.
