Extremely unprofessional! We received a text message with the coordinates to our testing site for our covid test. We were directed to the CVS at the corner of 41 and Bayshore. We get inside, 5 minutes early, and they say, “this is not the testing site”. So we look at the email and it’s the CVS down the street at the corner of 41 and Pondella. So we hustle over there, arrive 3 minutes late, call the number at the door, and we are told “sorry, your appointment is now cancelled, maybe we can schedule something this afternoon…” We have an international flight this evening out of an airport 3 hours away, and we need to get the antigen test with 24 hours of departure. So CVS agent hangs up, I cancel and reschedule myself, find an appointment at the SAME place 30 min later. Obviously they aren’t booked up and we could have just walked in. They take us 15 min before our new appointment!! THERE ARE 3 EMPLOYEES INSIDE WITH NOT A SINGLE CUSTOMER IN LINE!!! Laughable, absolutely laughable excuse for a clinic. We would have just done the take home test ourselves, but we have to have a “professional” administer the test!😂😂😂
