The employees’ attitudes were pretty negative, they sold me two right shoes and could not find a left shoe in my size, and the manager started reprimanding the employees in front of me, which is grossly inappropriate. Coaching should be done in private with that employee only, I don’t need to see that.

I needed to return an online order. I also happened to be visibly upset from an encounter with a rude employee in a neighboring store. The gentleman at the counter of JD Sports very kindly asked, “Are you ok?". These words and his simple act of kindness were not lost on me, even though it was difficult to respond through my tears. The manager who then completed my return was so very kind, and he told me not to worry when I apologized for crying. The kindness of these young men was so needed and so very appreciated. Thank you JD Sports for having such kind employees.

I was looking for a certain size of Adidas hoodie, the employees said they have it, but the manager who was so rude said no we do not have it, then they brought it to me, I found a spot on it, again the employee offered to replace it, but the manager again said they do not have it so bad customer service by the manager herself not the employees, she is a short lady
