I tried to purchase an item which unfortunately was out of stock. Employee tried to find them in a nearby store but since I live north of Lincoln, I didn’t want to travel south Lincoln to get the one part. He advised me to go on their website to get the item instead waiting till next time I come into Lincoln. I went to Advance Auto website and was able to obtain the item the same day. Appreciate the suggestions and will continue to use their website to either have the items sent to my home address or to the store for pickup. Great job.

If you are foreign then you gotta avoid this location because their manager Aric is very racist. I went there to set up a commercial account so I filled out the form and then they told me it’s gonna take only 2 days but they never called me and when I went there after a month their manager (Aric) told me that I gotta do another form and when I asked why? He told me to leave the store or he will call cops and actually he did call cops on me. When he was on the phone calling 911 he was telling them “there is an Arabic guy cussing our employees and not leaving”. Well, I’m not Arabic so I don’t know if he hates Arabic people and that’s why he was treating me like that or whatever, and actually I never talked to any of the other employees so that was a false accusation. I was only dealing with him not any other staff. This manager has mistreated my other family members before so now we know that this manager doesn’t like people of color.
