They are welcoming just way too over crowded. The homeless women over crowd the even outdoors. They women working are rude and not helpful! Save yourself the time and energy. Don't go!!

Been here since January 1st, 2022, and it's a place to stay to not be in the streets. But it's cold as hell in here, and some of the staff treat you like you're a child visiting their home. They're not equipped to deal with the mentally challenged that are in here, and Weekly Covid Testing stopped months ago ( unless they're giving 10. gift cards). They don't/can't make residents shower daily/ weekly or monthly- which is a definite health risk to residents who do what their supposed to do. Needs a Management Overhaul Overall!!! Have yet to meet most of the staff in the office upstairs, because they never come out to do or say anything, which is sad. And stop playing with my ratings too!! I would never rate this place past a two/2.

This is an emergency shelter and it is first come first serve. If there is time there are shelters that takes time to get in to but they have stricter guidelines.
