i drink dunkin coffee everyday, my main concerne is the cleansliness of this establishment . i get coffee usually in canastota and onieda and hamilton , i find i get a very noticible different taste in each coffee , on the norm Hamilton tastes like it was made the night before , bitter , nasty after taste . i get coffee in early morning from 5 am to 6 am you would think it would be pretty fresh , but it does have a nasty after taste . also most of the time doughnuts are not done nor are they fresh , the doughnuts ive gotten are hard and dry . if you are desperate for a quick cup then this is your place but if you want fresh stewarts out side of town is a better choice .

I buy iced coffee twice a day from dunkin and always get the same drink. I came to the Hamilton location today and ordered an iced coffee with the shot not the swirl and with a turbo, but when I got it the drink was a milk color which was not right. I asked her to remake it for me and she rolled her eyes at me and told me it was right. I then asked her for my money back instead because she insisted it was right, and she said she could not give me a refund, but could remake it. She ended up remaking it correctly in the end, but was very rude.

Feb 2022: Waited inside. Waited. Waited. No service. Hardly any stock on a Saturday morning at 8:30am. Left without purchase. Consistent terrible service at this location. Not the first time leaving without a purchase. Aigust 2021. Some continued issues here. Service is hit or miss, and more often miss. We've actually left the lobby before because the handful of obnoxious employees in the back screwing around never acknowledged us. Once at the drive thru we received the wrong order. Service is terrible and it seems proper management is lacking. Very unprofessional. You have to exit via the entrance (accident waiting to happen) because you cannot drive around the building unless you are in the drive thru. This is also the fault of the village and county.

This is what we pay people 15$ and hour for? People who can't read a order screen clearly states bacon but its not bacon and dont even look like sausage how sad
