We had our floors done by Empire and the experience from the initial sales consult to installation was on point! Our sales rep, Eric was very professional, straightforward and personable. The installation team was on time, amd worked like a well oiled machine. We had no complaints! Definitely will use Empire again

I usually don't give bad reviews only good reviews. But they earned this one. Had apt past Sunday for sales person with quote which they were no show. Called them n gave me 50 dollar credit if I purchased. Ok things happen.. reschedule for yesterday which again no show so I called. They claim the sales person couldn't find my house and called me. Mmm yea right, I had no missed calls, no voicemail, no text, and my house comes right up on Google. Twice I waited for more than 2 hours with no shows. So canceled... the girl on phone didn't even try to save my business, said ok and sorry. My first bad review ,maybe second but we'll deserves. Maybe if I lived in a big house they would have showed up. We deserved guys n gals....

They talk a low price but are not. They also never give you contract..only by e mail. And then they changed things after signing. Beware. Unscrupulous business. Wants full payment before job completed. Put floor down on concrete..ruined floor in one week due to moisture trapped. Then they blamed me ? Total of about 3000 dollars for 275 Sq foot out the window. Then crew removing floor left half done and furniture left in my kitchen ?. Start of their problems, that they think is end. God bless all and stay away from Pompano Beach area store...Want pictures..I have them...my back is hurt and I have time now ...
