I think this hospital has Potential to be great if it would hire a new ER physician the staff was great except the doctor “Karen” she doesn’t listen to the patients. When a 24yr old comes In with severe body aches, pain with placing their chin to chest severe headache not relieved by Tylenol and has a fever and explains they’ve been in very close contact with a ill family member who has been newly diagnosed with Meningitis and only test for strep, flu and COVID and of course they’re negative gives her educational diagnosis of you probly have a virus and gives you a shot of toradol and sends you home only to end up in another ER with physicians who listen this is sad. But I will say the other members of the hospital are great just not Karen🤬

I don't recommend this place at all, ever! Rude staff! 2 of my loved ones were there with covid at the same time, my granny hadn't ate nor drink since she had been there (10 days) approximately, I called HR , of course they all know more than a non-degree civilian, needless to say my grannys mouth was so drawed up on her last days it was horribly sad, HR had told me that eating and drinking was the least of there worries. my grandpa ate and was in a lot better shape than my granny, but neither of them made it home. they wouldn't even bring my granny her medicine that she needed to heal her mouth so she could eat. I imagine they make a pretty good fund off of covid patients tho. don't go there, go to Cookeville!

Took husband to the ER, was in severe pain from his hips all down both legs. Sat there for over an hour, said two people were ahead of us when we got there and those two people were still there when we left. Didn't want to sit there while they took people that came in after us back first because they had a cough. If you need to get seen, guess you gotta lie about your symptoms...

Surprising we have had such a good experience here today. The receptionist, Margret, was so nice and helpful! Also all the nurses were exceptional! Even the doctor! I have been surprised by their behavior all day! They have made being in the ER waiting, better.
