I have had multiple calls from the agency (with their caller id listed on the call) attempting to promote insurance to the previous user of my phone number. Instead of agreeing to take me off their call list, they hang up as soon as I start to say that person no longer has this phone number. This is the same tactic that the aggravating spam callers use. And honestly, I am very tired of it. Just for this reason alone I would not support this insurance agency.

Terri McArthur was awesome...I had no idea of what to look for, who to get it from, etc...She took the time to walk me thru to whole process and give me advice...THANK YOU

Price was decent, but the insurance rep (Jennifer) lied in order to make a sale. I asked if I could cancel at any time and be pro-rated for the remainder of the month. I was told that would be no problem. When it came time to end coverage I was told this was not included, and the rep is now denying ever promising this. My online portal never let me onboard either- the same rep was no help and told me to contact the insurance company directly to work it out myself. All in all not a great experience.

I never submitted my information and they have BOMBARDED ME with calls and texts. I answered and told them I never signed up to which they stated they would take care of it, but the calls keep coming.
