Very nice and clean. Be aware that most the sites have an upper pad for trailer and lower pad. Trailer awning cannot cover sitting area. Also cannot use quick connect to propane. The restrooms were clean and security was always around in a positive and helpful manner.

Love this campground. Book online. Corp owns and operates it. Lots of mature shade, some sites are sunny and some shaded, some gravel sites and some concrete pads. A few have views of Green River. Water, electric and sewer. Cheap pricing. …

We stayed at Holmes Bend as a tent campsite for our distillery tour at Makers Mark. This was about an hour away from MM and worked great for us. We didn’t encounter the camp host and also didn’t have any troubles. The campground was busy …

Recreation.gov has that information for each site.
The sites vary in size. You will need to check recreation.gov to see each sites length. There are ADA sites and they are marked on the website as well. Sites are $23 a night for electric or electric and water, and $17 a night for primitive (only open on Holidays). None of the sites have sewage, but there are two dump stations. Sites 1-23 are primitive, Sites 24-43 are mixed, the even numbers are electric only and the odd numbers have electric and water. Sites 44-84 are all electric/water. 85-125 are electric only. You can only stay for 14 days out of a 30 day period. I forgot to mention, if you are disabled, you are eligible for a disability pass from the corps of engineers. This gets you 1/2 price camping at any Corp campground, free entry to national parks, and free boat launch at any Corp boat ramp.
Each campsite has one. You can also bring your own.
Holmes bend Beach area not located in camping area it's down by the boat dock. Probably open 24 hrs.. no one is is around.
No check in time .
You can buy firewood there for 6 dollars a bundle
Not rt at the campground but just down the rd about a half mile.
By the ramp is a area that is accessible
You can put a tent on any site. The prices depend on whether you get a site with electric hookups. Non electric are $17 a night, but are only open on holiday weekends. Electric sites are $23 a night.
Check with the newly opened Paradise Cove, an rv park right outside of the park, or Three Springs campground. I think they have yearly rentals.
Holmes Bend Campground does not rent cabins. You need to go through the privately owned marina.
They don't have monthly rates.
