My husband and myself are going to the Everglades for our anniversary and I was si excited about taking the tours. After reading the reviews about the animal enclosures I cannot support this company so I am looking for another tour company. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT ANIMAL CRUELTY!!! FIND ANOTHER TOUR!!

Our captains were great! We had a lot of fun on the boat. The mangroves were so pretty and we were able to see some alligators. Great day and well worth the money

We had an absolutely amazing guide :) had some great fast spins. The tour was great 1 hour. on road. Must have experienced! The nature is very impressive. Only the small zoo with the tigers - doesn't have to be. Could it be made even nicer?

I don't recall seeing anything like that. I paid when I arrived, not in advance, since they don't give a specific time, just put you in the queue based on arrival.
6 + captain on mangrove tour. Recent rule requires seat belt for each passenger - there are 6 belts on each airboat.
