Great vets. Very much appreciated the time and compassion Dr. Dodson awarded when we had a beloved pet put down a few months ago. The entire staff has always been great with our pets. It is a very busy office and sometimes the office wait time and/or hold time on the phone is longer than I'd like, but the level of care our pets receive make it worthwhile.

This office is VERY busy, but with good reason. Dr. Jones was so sweet with my little fur friend and took time to answer all of my questions. The front desk staff is awesome!

We have been bringing our pets here for many years & wouldn't go anywhere else. Great drs/staff.

The pets were here for a check up

Nope your dialing the right phone number and they are always busy ive sat and called all morning once didn't get through til after 1 and if you can get a morning appointment because they seem to fall Very behind in the afternoon you'll be waiting half an hour past your appointment time just to be seen here of late. They're a great place once your in but they are getting a little too careless in my opinion I get that they are flooded and overwhelmed hire more people expand do something cuz where they are at they are drowning with too many patients and not enough room or vets to see them all!
They're super busy all the time, and probably understaffed. You need to just keep calling. Unfortunately with the pandemic, people have to call 4x more and they need to call people 4x more instead of patients waiting in waiting room... I still recommend them and absolutely wouldn't change using them.
They don't accept payments for elective surgery. I'm not sure if they would consider an acl repair elective or not. My cat needed his teeth removed and they considered that elective. They do seem to have better prices than most places. They removed my cat's teeth for $350, every other place I checked wanted $1000-1500.
Office visit is ~32, distemper and kennel cough are about 18 each.
I'm pretty sure you can. Call them!
Dont think they do yet
Don't give your dog cat food. Keep the cat food where the dog can't reach it.
No. Not no more. I asked and they won't even let you hold checks no more due to issues
I know that we had our canine cremated through them. I want to tell you we were VERY pleased with the outcome. Her remains were returned to us in a very attractive wooden box, with a name plate we could attach if we choose to. The staff made our lose as pleasant as they possibly could. A++++ we highly recommend there service, we still go there with our current pets.
It depends on the weight of the dog. Call and ask for pricing.
Krystal Aiken, why answer if you haven't heard of titers before?? Titers are a blood test to see if your pet still has immunity instead of over vaccinating ... which can cause problems with their health.
Littlest own has a low cost spaying clinic just off the square on king st.
If not try Feathers Scales & Tails Veterinary Hospital in Westminster, MD.
