Gyms clean, equipment is mostly new, staff is nice. However, this is all overshadowed by men’s locker room being riddled with (mostly old) guys walking around with their pieces out; typically, while their towel is over their shoulders and not their old man parts. I do understand this is a changing room and nudity is inevitable, but shaving your face while completely naked without covering up seems a little disconcerting. The examples are endless. NCH had a mask mandate for a while to protect their staff and clients, I believe they should enact a new towel mandate (specifically in the men’s locker room)…

This was a good gym before they “renovated it”…, the gym was actually cut in more than half, and in its place 2 rehab facilities where added. That’s no renovation if you ask me. Lol I’m very very disappointed, more than half of the equipment was taken out and not brought back, and since the new “supposed COVID out break” some of the machines are off limits which makes no sense since no one uses a mask and the rules are not enforced So on top of having basically the same equipment that an HOA club house in a community basically has they closed off the machines that would give you more options to work out I mean people don’t even have a mask to use when moving about the the gym. The hours are horrible…. I mean they close at 12pm on the weekend and during the week at 7pm. So basically if you work a normal shift 9-5 you would hardly have to time to get to the gym get a good work out in cardio and use the sauna well that would definitely not happen they close so early. What a disappointment!
