Very professional, courteous, and caring staff, from physician through MAs and nurses. Front staff good with patients. Answering service is abominable, typically uninformed or don't care. For example, when I tried to return a call from a staff member, this conversation ensued: Myself: I'm returning a call from *. Answering service: What is her last name? Myself: I don't know, she didn't leave it. Answering service: I have (16?) offices to cover, how could I find a person without a last name?

Great experience!! Dr. Dy is wonderful and everyone in the office is on point and happy!!! I would recommend Riverchase Dermatology on 9th street to everyone I know!!! Also..as a side note.. this is the only Dr. Office that actually read all of my online information…that is a BIG plus to me. Everywhere else I go is like repeating a broken record!!!
