Clean, organized and staff is attentive. Bought a security camera for elderly parents to keep an eye on them. At checkout clerk asked the standard questions for finding everything I needed then transitioned to the other standard questions of warranty. While I appreciate the purpose of this I also am in a bit of a rush to get back to my folks and so I get a little annoyed when I get bogged down with theses questions. But the clerk understood my situation and was accommodating. I look forward to going back to this store in particular.

Went into this location to purchase a quick, inexpensive laptop for sims 4 and was promptly talked out of it by an employee who then wanted me to purchase something about $700 more expensive than the one I wanted to buy. I did do my research before going to the store so I knew that the laptop I was looking at had the minimum requirements for the game, which is fine by me, but was told by the employee that I wouldn't like it and should go for something "better" which meant more money than I had to spend. So I left empty handed. Will not be back to this location.

Technical services/phone purchases desk was REALLY understaffed. One of the people they were taking care of was there for an hour and there were only 3 stations open, one of which was a guy who "didn't usually work in that department". There were like 5 people waiting in line and it was a half hour before someone came out to check on what everybody was waiting for. Turns out, I was waiting in line for no reason because you can also buy the devices directly from the Apple/Windows section WAY in the back of the store if you don't need help setting it up. Someone helped me right away back there, a bit unenthusiastically but I got the device and was on my way. I'm just a little annoyed that it wasn't more well-marked as to where you were supposed to go.

I bought a great pair of Jlab headphones for $31 bucks! A great value for them because they are super loud,very comfortable and are the noise canceling headphones. They are Bluetooth and compatible with my old,junkie tablet to my new Samsung galaxy. I also liked that they had white colored ones!

That is not something they fix in-store, it would be shipped out to their more advanced repair areas. If you're looking for same day fix or a quick turn around, I would look for a local shop as they would have a better chance at getting it done faster.

Apple sells a storage card reader that lets you import photos off of SD cards. I don't believe it can be written to.

They will take computers old computers that you don't want anymore. And they recycle them. Or refurbished them and sell them on their website
They can repair your PS4 however if you don't currently have the geek squad protection plan be prepared to pay a high price for the repair. Depending on the cost you might be better of selling the unit for parts on EBay and buying a new or refurbished unit.
