From discrimination, to bullying, to just not knowing what they are doing. Very unprofessional your family deserves better. Doctors used to have a code of ethics. These people don't.

Way to expensive. Nurse was not very polite. The doctor was more worried about selling me a vaccination then helping me with what I came there for. I was never directly told what I had. And I left out of there with a hand written receipt. Felt the staff and whole establishment was very unprofessional. Will not return ever

I don't know for sure but I would guess about $150, based on what they bill my insurance. As far as labs, they use Quest, and I think the Quest website has prices.
They accept almost all commercial insurances and Medicare. They do not accept medicaid, medicaid HMOs, or Marketplace insurance. If this doesn't answer your question, give them a call.
