Thieves and liars. Concord Rents whole system is geared to discourage and demoralize you; so you don't want to rent from them. I had to leave work early several times and miss work for this application process. I submitted over 135 to 145 pages of fiscal information to them along with all paperwork they wanted me to fill out, notarized and sign. They kept making me fill out the same paperwork over and over; and asking different questions about the same thing over and over. I spent nearly $500 in this application process including the application fee and apartment holding fee and the price of printing out all the paperwork and getting it notarized. This process took weeks and lead to nothing. On top of the fact that they kept my apartment holding fee and refused to return it. ..::WARNING::.. DO NOT APPLY TO CONCORD RENTS PROPERTIES. IT'S LEGITIMATE BUT THEY SCAM A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR APARTMENT HOLD FEE. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO PREVIOUS AND CURRENT TENANTS WHEN THEY WARNED ME. BUT I TRIED TO GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT. ..::WARNING::..

People park anywhere they want and turn there radio on in the car so loud at late night. Ice cream truck came late at night and no one say about that, we had a vedio and a picture. Young kids roaming around the building late at night. Kids playing our door bell many times.. Who knows this woman She kicked our door at 4.30am today

The worst office Terrible customer service They never answer the calls or the door and they are inside the office. I really have never had worse customer service!
