Killingly Pond State Park / Reserve is a beautiful place to go fishing or take a hike. There's a boat launch off of Pond Road where you can put Kayakes in or other small craft. The water is very clean and there's plenty of fish to catch off shore.

There's a big block wall on the roadside you can sit on the blocks and cast. There are several places to get through the fence. And around the lake there are other open areas to cast and sit and even have a fire in a fire pit
Ri is reciprocal with ct for for Beach Pond, Killingly Pond, Hazard Pond, and Peck Pond, and with Massachusetts for Wallum Lake.
Im not sure..everyone does . but i have talked to the local ranger n state police. I have been told on several occasions.. No motor boats at all..as long as no trouble starts. No problem enjoy the water.i have been swimming here for over 40 yrs n the only 2 times people were asked to leave that i know off.. Once a group was drunk n fighting. The other a guy brought his motor boat..everyone was asked to leave at that time.
