I've been using Transit Link's On Demand Service for two+ years, usually several times a month. It is certainly one of the most efficient well run operations I've ever experienced. From their scheduling to getting to and from my destination could not be easier. Everyone is very courteous and helpful. $2 each way ANYWHERE in Harford County is the only way for me to be able to get around. To my doctors in Bel Air ONE WAY in a taxi is $27. $54 ROUND TRIP. Harford transit is $4 ROUND TRIP.SAVES ME A LOT. On time with great drivers and a clean vehicle and they pick you up and drop you off right where you live. You should try it.

I've ridden this bus from the beginning and now I'm using the mobility system. The dispatchers have problems with scheduling return trips. I don't understand you know elderly go to a place using the bus so how do you not pick them up. In the past you couldn't book a one-way trip. The best thing about this service are the drivers who are kind, considerate and some get off the bus to help you. Harford transit you need to do better.
