Pure trash, Horrible place for any human do not send your family members to this nasty, disgusting, foul place. This place need to be close down. Everyone who has left a good review must be a staff member because they are definitely not a patient.

A very nasty place with nasty people, just look at the results from their last health inspection and the complaints that has been filed against them. No one in their right mind would ever stay here, not if they if they had a choice.

I’ve spent a considerable amount of time at this “rehab facility” over the years being an emergency service provider, and have come to the realization that there is a fate worse than death, and that is the Northwest healthcare center. This is a true house of horrors, where the odor or fermented urine and feces slaps you in the face upon entry. Each and every time I had the unfortunate duty to respond to this place, I was overcome with a sense of depression, and upon leaving a sense of sadness that humans could be left in such a deplorable state of existence.

These social worker and nurse spent.5 minutes with me a beginning in my stay here at Northwest she was extremely inadequate in determining my !eeds. And was on able to resolve many of my issues despite the fact I brought them directly to her. The executive director has been very open with me regarding ascertaining my needs and how the services of Northwest can be more tailored in order to address said needs rehab is improved thanks to improve communication involving the head of therapy and the executive director The services are probably up to a 3 or 4 I don't want to get too ambitious, but the Executive Director is taking more of an interest in my viewpoint period.
