this place is a disaster they don't fix nothing the company make u wait days and weeks til things are fix! rental office is never open. 24 hour on call don't come til 1-2 hours later after a problem is still going on in our home at river town crossing our electricity box has been blinking for weeks nobody fixed it and now we are sitting outside our home at 4am we called at 3am because our power out and the bus is turnt the same way no one has came yet! do not stay at this place

I am a current resident and it is IMPOSSIBLE to reach someone in management. Phone numbers lead no where and emails get bounced back. I need to reach someone it’s urgent. I’ve been trying for weeks
