The Review Guy
This place is horrible, stay away! I came in on a Saturday and the girl facing the door was sitting in her chair all slouched over “chillin” and acted as if I was interrupting her chill time and didn’t assist at all. I waited for what seemed forever to get a call saying my glasses are in , weeks went by and nothing. I finally called and the guy who answered was all like oh yeah they came in today (conveniently). I go to pick up my glasses and a different girl was assisting me this time. I put my glasses on and knew instantly that something was off about them ,didn’t quite feel right on my face.. I asked about a warranty policy and she’s like mmm I think it’s 90 days then another hmmm maybe it’s 30 days she says, come to find out upon reading their website myself, its 14 days. I took my glasses and tried them , I paid for transition and they hardly transitioned at all and the lenses weren’t attached all the way because it was loose and already popping out, I returned them and got my money back, I will not return.

If you have vision insurance, you can expect to have coverage for some aspects of care. While every vision plan offers specific benefits, they generally offer some coverage for routine care such as annual exams and eyewear. If your eye condition qualifies as a medical issue, some coverage under your medical insurance may apply. We’re happy to answer any questions on vision insurance and to work with you to optimize your benefits. Although our financial office is well versed in the complexities of insurance coverage, it’s always a good idea to review your specific benefits with your HR department or insurance carrier.
If you are interested in wearing contact lenses or you are due to have your current pair of contacts checked, a specialized evaluation to measure and assess your eyes is required. Different measurements are needed for contact lenses because, unlike an eyeglass lens, which gets positioned approximately 12mm away from your eye, a contact lens sits directly on the surface of your eye. Depending upon your vision requirements and lifestyle, we’ll guide you in choosing the most suitable and effective contact lenses to address all your needs.
A comprehensive eye exam involves a series of comfortable and pain-free tests that offer a close-up look at your eye health and visual function. Between having all the tests performed and discussing the results with our eye doctor, you can expect your visit to last up to an hour.
