We bought a mirror from this company last week approximately 3 ft by 3 ft when they came out they brought the mirror out no wrapping no nothing on it we asked that it be wrapped as it was going to go about a hundred miles from that location. At that time they took the mirror back in and wrapped it with cardboard and and tape. the mirror got broken as it was being installed so we called and ordered another piece 3 ft by 3 ft approximately. This time it was 1 16th size difference and $13 cheaper. When asked why the price difference the person said I don't know the computer does it. Then again they brought it out with no wrapping we asked for it to be wrapped and they said they couldn't do it they didn't have any cardboard and any where to store it. When I questioned it was that's the way we do it so this company Cuts mirrors to size yet never wraps , no matter what the size. office manager Tammy and the manager Andrew could have cared less for my concerns. This company does residential and Commercial Business both. I do not feel like customer service is their top priority.
