I had Greg install windows in my sliding doors and he came and did a good job. One of my windows had a problem and I have been trying to get it handled for the last three months and Greg won't return my calls. I cannot recommend him for that reason. He told me the company he deals with will not stand behind their product so NO WARRANTY.

I needed to replace some snap-in glazing for a window on an older home. No local suppliers had it in stock, and once they realized they weren't going to be able to make any money off of me, immediately they weren't interested in trying to help me. I called Window Repair of Leesburg, and he had what I needed. Since their office was 45 minutes away from me, Greg went out of his way to meet me at a nearby gas station, and sold me what I needed for a very reasonable price. This is great customer service! Next time I need glass, window, screen, or patio door repair, this is the company I will call.
