I purchased a brand new 3 bd, 2 bath home in the expansion area of the park in July 2021. My teenage daughter and I are so incredibly happy here. Our home layout is perfect and we love our beautiful lot as well. The front porch is the sweet spot for coffee or cocktails with a fabulous sunset. It is a lovely quiet park with wonderful, friendly neighbors and a very nice community. I love living in the country with the bustling City of Saratoga Springs just a few miles away. The High School is top notch too. The Staff is amazing and extremely respectful. The Sales Manager, Steve Sacks, was wonderful from day 1 and made the whole process a breeze. The Community Manager, Janet Wickham, is always helpful and really looks out for the Community. The 24 hr Maintenance Men, Mike and John, are Super Heroes. They are wonderful to work with and talk to as well. I love their friendly positive attitudes and willingness to accommodate you with any requests they can possibly do to help. They work very hard to maintain the park beautifully. It is the perfect park to walk, exercise and bicycle around. The Mobile Home Manufacturers have been excellent about doing all finishing touches as soon as possible. It is very exciting to watch as the land for the final phase of the park is being prepared for all the new beautiful homes that are yet to come. It has been a positive and powerful experience for me and I highly recommend Brookview Village as the perfect place to purchase a new home! I really love it here!😇
