Even if you have family in here they still act like it's ridiculous for you and your kids to be there the lot rent is outrageous and most of them old folks are drunks and louder than 2 grown men in a bar brawl

Yes you have to pay lot rent. It average $500 to $600 per month. I just purchased my home and will be closing soon. There are a few homes for sale. Talk to Roxy Vidal the community manager. She is awesome and will help you find a beautiful home. Antonio

It's usually full but you could go take a visit and ask! You might have to plan ahead and reserve a rental!
