It's alright to live ,but they won't let you have pools,not even a small blow up one (3ft.deep 15 ft round .these days it's too expensive to travel to pool places and gas prices &the places rinsed there prices too much .it's too expensive to go any where .these days.

Don't live here but have friends that do it has changed hands over the years is now going to be under New Management and the rules are becoming ridiculous there used to be a playground where you could take your kids but apparently a child got hurt at the playground years ago so instead of updating with safer equipment so an incident would not happen again their answer was to remove the playground altogether removing any place for children to go play and stretch their legs and the locks have continued to get smaller and smaller lots over the years if you plan on having a double lot then don't move here because they will con you out of your contract of having a double lot to make room for another trailer ..
