I found Dehn’s on an impromptu google search today, Easter, to request a delivery for a very special gesture. Initially, as several other places, when I called I was told they were not doing deliveries today. Moments later the shop manager, Dawn, called me back and described she was willing and able to help me. She worked within just minutes before closing to put together a custom order she was to deliver herself! Not sure why Dawn chose to do this unexpected thing that added to her work day on a Holiday, I am very grateful that I she did! World def needs more people like Dawn! Thank you Dehn’s and mostly thank you Dawn! 🙏✌️

I think Dehns is a great place and have a good selection of annuals in the spring and summer however I am not happy with the floral department. My poor boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine’s Day and he called twice because they hadn’t been delivered. They kept reassuring that they were on the way. he called the next day for them to say they left him multiple voice mails about it being out of the area. He never received a call and talked to a person twice that day and they didn’t think to tell Him it’s out of the area? Also why did they accept the order if it’s out of the area. they will be bringing them tomorrow so I’ll have 3-day old flowers, and my boyfriend didn’t get a refund which I think he should get. I just feel bad because he was trying to surprise me and it didn’t happen. ***edit. There was not a single message left on his phone. He called twice that day and they told him it was on its way not one mention of it being out of area. It also shouldn’t have let him order it. It’s only 10 miles away so I also don’t see why it was a big deal when it was already purchased. Obviously communication doesn’t exist at the shop.
