The service was much faster than it’s been in years. The only issue was that I wasn’t asked what kind of oil I wanted and was charged for a more expensive oil.

Yes they do and you don't have to have a appointment they work on a first come first serve basis
Ask for a manager and they will pull it back in and ready do the vehicle so it's up to your standards
