We had a family member broke down on the side of the road and needed a part from Auto Zone… It was right at or a little past 9pm I called and thankfully Domingo (hope I heard his name right) answered the phone… He was wonderful in letting my husband in the store and talking to me on the phone, also talking to family member on my husbands phone, he was wonderful and was able to help us in this crisis. He went above and beyond. You just don’t see this customer service like this anymore. Good job Auto Zone Auburndale for hiring such a dedicated employee. He really needs recognition for how great of a job he did. Thank you Annette
