If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Do not sign a contract with these people, the management is terrible. Specifically Roberto Arcos, he is a joke! And so is the member services. I lost my credit card back in June and forgot to add my recurring payments. I received an email at the end of June notifying me of an account change so I called and updated my card info. I was charged an additional $20 fee bc of it without warning, on top of that they “forgot” to enroll me in automatic payments with my new card and didn’t charge me for the month of July so I was then charged again an additional $20 fee. I froze my account for the month of august because I’m out of the country and the manager put in a request the day after I left the US to unfreeze my account without my approval. The gym is dirty, a week after signing up I received an email in which it stated people were collecting “bodily fluids” in the gym lockers. The management is extremely rude. The contract is a joke. I’m highly upset with this establishment and I suggest you find yourself another gym! The only good part about the gym is the classes, that’s it. And on top of that there is very little equipment.

I would not recommend signing a contract with them at all! Rude management and 0 assets to the company with the exception of the young director Everett, who actually seems to do the work. The other manager is just a joke.

...if i ask you: "Do you have sauna here at Health Center"? What do you think am i ask for? Is it pretty comprensible what am i asking for? Well, i did this question to the receptionist and she had no idea what i was asking for, ok i tryed to explain in a few words what a sauna is...nothing she stil was staring at me like i had asked how to build a rocket to reach the moon!!! She was able to says..try to ask to general manager! Please, she is a young girls and she can't ignore what a sauna is and she can't ignore what amenity thy can offer to the client!! It is a huge lack of professionality. That was my exerience...i quit with the second question about the swimming pool, i will find a better place.
