The doctors and assistants are great, but the business office does not answer the phone. Asked for a copy of bill day of visit. Told it would be emailed to me same day. A week later, now on day 2 of trying to get someone on the phone to email me something and tired of being left rotting on hold with elevator music .... Please get it together or I will go somewhere else.
