I am very HAPPY TO LIVE AT VALENCIA GROVE APARTMENTS, MANAGEMENT AND THE GUYS HAS BEEN VERY GOOD TO ME AND MY FAMILY. THEY HAVE HELPED US A LOT. THE PROPERTY IS KEPT VERY CLEAN, IS VERY DIFFERENT FROM WE USED TO LIVE. THERE ARE RULES HERE THAT WE ALL MUST FOLLOW. THANKS VALENCIA GROVE.

I am Maria Ulloa, Property Manager of Valencia Grove Apartments. (We have 144 Apartments). Most of the reviewers that have placed their comments on this site are previous Residents that broke the lease one way or another, leaving the Property due to reasons such as: An illegal business running from her apartment, with a boyfriend not registered in the lease in addition to non registered pets, including exotic animals not allowed in the property. On the other hand, Our appliance vendor sent the Resident a gift card to compensate for the inconvenience. There is another comment from previous applicants, who had a unit on hold for them and they decided to not move in due to personal problems. Application was cancelled and the holding fee was retained ( this information was in the application paper work). One of our residents had a flooded apartment due to a plumber contractor malfunction which was out of our hands. They received money back for the inconvenience. Must of the issues are the non registered pet(s) in the units. We have a pet park where pet owners need to take their pets, but they decide not to, and take them behind the buildings. Therefore, the residents in the first floor complain about others not picking up after their pets. They received the proper notices, and got upset. We care about our Residents, we care about our Property, We work hard to keep everybody happy but it is hard to please 144 families with all different kinds of needs.

They dont have a website. Any questions have to go through the leasing office staff but you can call them directly.
I do not know, but it seems to me that apartments will be available very soon.
