People at the claim dept never submit your claim to your insurance.instead they wait until you show up to your appointment to ask for a full amount of the service and your insurance company advised no pre-authorization was submitted. And no claim has been presented for payment. They will not present your insurance as describe on their paperwork.

The woman’s group in north Tampa is nothing but amazing. The office itself is clean and comfortable. All employees from start to finish were pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Alidina is a angel. She’s such a professional, compassionate doctor! She really cares about what you have to say or concerns you might have. I’m so happy I found this place!

The office is nicely decorated, and that's about where my good feedback stops. Never had an issue with GYN care, but when it came to OB care, they really dropped the ball. There are a couple good doctors (Gorgue and Aladina) and a few nice staff members (ultrasound tech, RN Vanessa, and Jessica in labs), but overall a nightmare. The doctors don't even look at your chart before they speak to you, and you end up answering and clarifying the same things at each appointment. Staff argues with each other in front of you. I had to firmly request certain tests that they deemed 'unnecessary' that actually did end up being necessary. I was also given mixed directions and opinions at each appointment. I was put on a medication until 15wks that included two shots a day, just to be told I didn't need it, and that it was harmful to myself to have been taking it when I received a second opinion. When I arrived for my anatomy scan I was told I needed to go elsewhere for it, even though 4 weeks prior I was told by the doctor to schedule it on my way out. My bloodwork was sent to the wrong lab twice, causing me to have to come back in for retesting. I was labeled 'high risk' causing me to be a patient of two offices and doubling my appointments, and again, upon second opinion was told that I was indeed NOT high risk. I decided to leave the practice for a new one at 25wks due to the added stress of the office, and my husband and I leaving each appointment frustrated by the lack of communication and confusion. The communication between doctors, staff and patient are absolutely horrible and I wish I wouldn't have given the office so many chances, and had switched earlier in my pregnancy. The office only seemed to care when I was contemplating leaving, I'm assuming due to them having to refund me the money I had already paid for my delivery.

Super efficient office. A lot is done in house, so no bouncing around. Friendly staff and Dr. Gorgue is great. These ladies work hard!

Questions & Answers

What providers are accepted here? And are there walk ins?

If you call the office, they can tell you if your provider is accepted. You can also check on your provider's in network list on their website. You have to schedule an appointment.

Why does on line info say hours are 8:00 to 5:00 but answering service says 8:30??

More than likely they turn the phones off at 5:00. Just my thought, but I could be wrong.
